Sellers: Not unlike the buying process, CJ seeks to understand her seller's needs, wants, and wishes. Every seller has unique goals for their home, and CJ seeks to ensure she understands exactly what her sellers need and want from this important investment. For CJ, a big part of this is honesty. Sellers’ expectations can vary widely, from completely unrealistic to totally unaware of the current market forces that impact their sales price. These conversations aren’t always easy, but CJ believes it’s important to set realistic expectations for her sellers as she markets their home.
