For most of her clients, CJ is more like a friend than an agent. She builds lasting relationships with her buyers and sellers because she cares deeply about helping them meet their real estate goals. However, despite her natural abilities as a REALTOR^®, CJ wasn’t always an agent.

Before she began serving buyers and sellers in South Central Pennsylvania, CJ held positions in both information technology and customer service. In these roles, she learned the importance of building relationships and how to treat her customers with the same care and consideration she would a friend.

What’s more, CJ has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. When a friend offered her an opportunity to support a team, she got her feet wet and quickly realized this was what she was meant to do. Since becoming an agent in 2009, she has enjoyed making an impact by helping people find a home they love or supporting them in the sale of their current home.

CJ assists buyers and sellers of residential real estate in Dauphin, Cumberland, Perry, Adams, and Franklin counties. She is a lifelong resident of South Central Pennsylvania and specializes in new builds. She was even awarded the Gemcraft Homes GEM of the Month in April 2022.

When not working with clients, CJ enjoys traveling around the beautiful state of Pennsylvania and exploring new areas with her husband, Bill. She is also an animal lover who enjoys a good book, a great album, and a delicious meal. CJ loves to experience something new and is never afraid to give something a try!
